Anche quest’anno arriva San Valentino, festa degli innamorati. Non ho proprio voglia di spendere parole sul lato consumistico della festa… la festa c’è ed è giusto che tutte le coppie se la godano fino in fondo.

Quindi tanti tanti auguri a tutte le fortunate coppie di innamorati

Ed un grosso augurio anche a tutti gli innamorati non corrisposti… si ma un grosso augurio di farvela passare in fretta visto che la vita è breve e non vale la pena viverla aspettando una persona che non vi vuole…

Qualcuno si starà chiedendo come mai ho scelto la cover di Somethin’ Stupid  cantata da Robbie Williams e Nicole Kidman come canzone d’accompagnamento per quest’articolo… ho molteplici risposte, tutte completamente estranee al vero significato della canzone:

• l’avrei inserita nella playlist della serata per un dolce momento di ballo con la mia compagna
• San Valentino è un pò Somethin’ Stupid dato che ci si dovrebbe occupare della felicità del proprio partner 365 giorni l’anno (lo sapevo che sarei finito a pensare al lato consumistico della festa…)
• si potrebbe discutere sul numero di falsi “ti amo” che saranno scambiati in questa giornata… il che è Somethin’ Stupid, ma non mi va proprio di fermarmici a pensare in un articolo dedicato all’amore.

Molteplici significati sono stati attribuiti a questa canzone, icona della musica pop;  a me piace interpretarla semplicemente come il grido di speranza per un mondo migliore.
